The challenge—and opportunity—lies in how we tolerate, accept and communicate across these differences with grace. By grace, I mean the ability to move through differences and challenges with kindness, patience, and understanding—towards ourselves and others. It’s about softening judgement and creating space for growth.
As you step into the new year, I invite you to pause and ask:
- What beliefs have served me well this year?
- Which ones might I gently release to create space for growth?
- How can I offer myself and others the gift of grace?
2026: Start with Self as a Guiding Principle
Every connection begins within. The quality of our relationships—personal and professional—is a reflection of the relationship we have with ourselves. We can only meet others where we meet ourselves. And while we cannot control everything around us, we can choose how we interpret, the meaning we assign, and the behaviours we embrace. Starting with self is not selfish; it’s the foundation for authentic leadership, collaboration, and growth.
May you find ease, clarity, and gratitude for the growth and lessons this year has offered.
On behalf of myself and my team, thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you—it has been an honour.
Wishing you peace, reflection and joy as this year comes to an end.
FAB Regards,
Chrizelda
