I am an Organisational Psychologist with 12 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management in corporate (FMCG, Financial Services). A thought leader with a creative lense and a passion for social upliftment.  Constantly curious, I enjoy research, design and working on new and improvement projects. Talent growth, especially at Graduate and grassroots level, excites me. I aspire to contribute in an innovative learning space and pushing boundaries. In psychometrics, I derive intrinsic gratification through facilitating the cycle of consultation, analysis, guidance and advice; to both unleash the individual’s potential as well as enable the organisation’s strategy. Engaging with our clients and collaborating for impact, gets me up in the morning.
