Milena De Abreu

I am a registered psychometrist with 12 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management in corporate. A thought leader with a creative lense and a passion for social upliftment. Talent growth, especially at Graduate and grassroots level, excites me.

In psychometrics, I derive intrinsic gratification through facilitating the cycle of consultation, analysis, guidance and advice; to both unleash the individual’s potential as well as enable the organisation’s strategy.

Engaging with our clients and collaborating for impact, gets me up in the morning.
