Chrizelda Walters
I am a qualified Industrial Psychologist and Consciousness Coach with 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Resource Management as a consulting Industrial Psychologist.
More recently, I became a Professional Certified Coach, formally accrediting the many years of coaching experience I’ve had the privilege of cultivating.
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a reputation for being an innovative and creative professional, with a deep zest for people and life.
My approach combines intuitive insights with objective analysis, allowing me to engage meaningfully with both individuals and teams.
I pride myself on my ability to view situations with clarity, bringing a unique balance of empathy and critical thinking to the decision-making process. This skill has been key in helping organisations tap into the potential of their most valuable asset—their people.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the profound connection between mind and body. I live by the philosophy that a healthy body fosters a healthy mind, and I make it a priority to nurture myself on physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual levels. This holistic approach enables me to bring my best self to my clients, empowering them to do the same.
Personal Quote
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. … There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. … And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.” – Marianne Williamson.
